Terms of service and sale

Last updated: September 28, 2026

The service is published by Martin Lechêne (Belgium); see the legal notice. These terms apply as soon as you create an account, whether with an e-mail address or by continuing with Twitch, Google or Discord.

1. Purpose

StreamCrea (the "Service") lets content creators:

  • generate, with artificial-intelligence models, visual identity elements (logo, avatar, banners, panels, thumbnails, overlays, webcam frames, emotes, badges, alert artwork) and texts (bio, stream titles, chat commands), then organise and export them;
  • create animated alerts and play them in OBS or other broadcasting software;
  • run their live stream from a control room (deck, scenes, automations);
  • broadcast live from the browser (the "live studio"), when this feature is open.

Features shown as "coming soon" on the website are not part of the Service until they are available in your account.

2. Early access (beta)

The Service is in early access. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the interface may change. We tell you in advance about any change that removes a paid feature you use. What has been paid for stays due as announced at the time of purchase: purchased credits stay on your account, and a running subscription keeps its included credits until the end of the paid month. Export what matters to you regularly.

3. Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are.
  • You sign up with a valid e-mail address (you then tick the acceptance box) or with a Twitch, Google or Discord account (the "Continue with…" button states that continuing means accepting these terms and the privacy policy). The date and version of the accepted terms are recorded.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what is done from your account.

4. Credits, prices and payment

  • What uses credits: AI generations (the number of credits is shown before each generation; it depends on the engine, the provider and the settings) and broadcasting from the live studio, charged 1 credit(s) per started minute while you are live. When your balance no longer covers the next minute, the broadcast stops.
  • Value of a credit: €0.01. 100 credits are offered at sign-up; they are neither refundable nor convertible.
  • Prepaid credits: bought for the amount you choose, they never expire.
  • Pro subscription: €99.99 per month, with 15,000 credits included for each paid month. These credits are used before your prepaid credits and do not carry over from one month to the next. The subscription renews every month until cancelled (section 6).
  • A generation that fails for a reason attributable to us uses no credits: the hold is released.
  • Credits have no monetary value outside the Service and are not transferable.
  • Prices are shown in euros, including taxes for consumers in the European Union. The price shown before payment is the price you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. StreamCrea never stores card data. An invoice for every payment is available in your settings.
  • Affiliate programme: every account has a personal link. When someone creates an account through this link and confirms their email address, you both receive free credits; you then receive, in credits, a share of their payments for a limited time. The amounts, the duration and the monthly cap are shown on your "Affiliation" page and may change going forward. These credits follow the rules of free credits (neither refundable nor convertible). Inviting yourself, creating fake accounts or promoting your link through spam or misleading advertising (notably on the StreamCrea name) is prohibited: rewards obtained this way are withdrawn and the link may be suspended. Some partners may, with our written agreement, receive a commission in euros on their referred members' payments (computed excluding VAT, after a validation period, refunded payments excluded), paid by bank transfer; the partner remains responsible for their own tax and social obligations.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

Prepaid credits (digital content). Before paying, you must tick the box: "I request immediate performance and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal as soon as the credits are first used". This consent is recorded with its date and time, and repeated on the payment page. As a result:

  • as long as no credit from the purchase has been used, you can withdraw within 14 days of payment and get a full refund;
  • as soon as one credit from the purchase is used, your right of withdrawal for that purchase ends (Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law; Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Pro subscription (service). Before subscribing, you tick the same box to ask for the subscription to start right away. You can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. You are then refunded the price paid, minus the value of the included credits you have already used, calculated at the prepaid credit price and capped at the price paid (Article VI.51 § 3 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). The subscription and its remaining included credits end on the date of your request.

How to withdraw. Send your request to contact@streamcrea.com from your account address before the deadline, for example with this template:

To Martin Lechêne — contact@streamcrea.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for [the purchase of credits / the Pro subscription] paid on [date], account [e-mail address]. Date and name.

We refund you within 14 days of your request, using the payment method used for the purchase, free of charge.

6. Cancelling Pro

You can cancel Pro at any time from your settings (Credits page, "Manage my subscription" button). Outside the withdrawal period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid: the current month is not refunded pro rata. Remaining included credits expire on that date; your prepaid credits stay.

7. Your own API keys (BYOK)

You can connect your own keys with AI providers. In that case:

  • the corresponding generations use no credits;
  • the provider bills you directly, under its own terms, which you accept with it;
  • you guarantee that you are authorised to use these keys. They are stored encrypted and only used to run your requests.

8. Generated content

  • Subject to the terms of the AI providers used, StreamCrea claims no rights over the content you generate. You may use it freely, including commercially.
  • Depending on the applicable law, content produced by an AI without sufficient human creative input may not be protected by copyright: other people could then use it too.
  • Generated content may resemble existing works, brands or people. Before publishing, check that you do not infringe anyone's rights.
  • AI labelling. Generated images carry machine-readable metadata stating that they were produced by an AI (IPTC standard, DigitalSourceType = trainedAlgorithmicMedia), including in exports. You agree not to remove this labelling in order to pass content off as human-made or as a real image, and to disclose yourself that content is artificial when the law requires it (in particular an image or video imitating real people, places or events, Article 50 of the EU AI Act).

9. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, that infringes third-party rights (trademarks, image rights, protected works) or that impersonates someone. StreamCrea may refuse a generation, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules (section 13).

10. Control room, platforms and live studio

  • Connections to Twitch, Kick, YouTube or Discord use their official authorisation mechanisms. You can revoke them at any time, from your settings or from the platform. Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • StreamCrea is not responsible for outages or changes on these platforms.
  • Automatic actions (alerts, messages, scene changes) run under your responsibility: you configure the rules and their safeguards.
  • Live studio: your picture and sound go through our video relay to be sent to the platform you choose. StreamCrea does not record them. Your stream key is stored encrypted. You remain responsible for what you broadcast and for following the platform's rules.

11. Availability

We do our best to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted (maintenance, provider or platform outage). A generation interrupted by an outage uses no credits; an interrupted broadcast is only charged up to the last minute actually relayed.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid over the last twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect losses (loss of earnings, loss of audience). These limits do not apply in case of fraud, gross or wilful misconduct, personal injury, or failure to perform an essential obligation of the contract, and they do not deprive a consumer of the rights guaranteed by law (in particular the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services).

13. Account deletion and suspension

  • You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Before deleting it, you can ask contact@streamcrea.com to refund your purchased prepaid credits that you have not used, at the price you paid (offered credits and Pro included credits are not refundable). After deletion, the balance can no longer be recovered.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notifying you, except in urgent cases (illegal content, fraud, security). If we close an account for a reason other than a breach on your part, your unused prepaid credits are refunded.

14. Changes

These terms may change. We inform you of any significant change at least 15 days before it takes effect, by e-mail or in the app. If you refuse the new version, you can terminate free of charge before it takes effect (with a refund of unused prepaid credits). Previous versions are available on request.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's country (Belgium), without depriving you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, write to us first at contact@streamcrea.com. You can also refer the matter free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, mediationconsommateur.be), then, if needed, to the competent courts.
